Andiamo has planned and arranged for a Rockers-only 12-day trip in January 2022. Enrollment will begin in September 2021.
Spanish colonial cities, extraordinary nature, supreme folk art and unparalleled indigenous heritage embody the state of Michoacan, the “soul of Mexico.” It is home to the Purepecha indigenous people, who remained frozen in time, preserving ancient traditions, languages and magnificent crafts.
Colonial monuments decorate the cities, while winding cobblestone streets lined by colorful homes adorn small villages. Spectacular scenery abounds in this land of exceptional climate and diverse vegetation. Narrow roads travel through open countryside to reach elevated coniferous forests that offer exclusive microclimates.
It is no wonder why hundreds of millions of shimmering orange and black Monarch butterflies have chosen this idyllic location for their winter migration.

VALID PASSPORT MANDATORY
Passport must not expire within six months of travel date.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The program is active. Participant must walk through train cars while in motion and must be able to ascend and descend train steps independently with hand luggage. Walks are up to two miles on uneven ground, some uphill and occasional steps. Must endure drives on winding mountain roads with short distances on rustic graded roads.
