5-mile hike through the Blue Sky Reserve and around pretty Lake Poway
Rating: Moderate 5 miles with 500 feet of elevation gain
One of my favorite hikes in SD County and also one of the five San Dieguito River Park Challenge Hikes for 2023. Experience chaparral, coastal sage scrub, riparian, lake and oak woodland habitats.
Restrooms available at the beginning and several locations along the trail.
