Deposit of $400 per person is due with Reservation Form to secure reservations.
Final Payment Due Date is 75 days prior to departure. (9/08/24)
The deposit may be paid by credit card; the final payment is by check to keep merchant fees limited.

A minimum of $100 cancellation fee is to cover administration costs.

The following refund schedule applies to all AFC tours.
The AFC Travel Protection Plan will cover these penalties if you cancel for a covered reason.
Before180 days (6 months out): $100 per person penalty
179-76 days: Deposit or TPP** is retained.
75-60 days: 75% Refunded of Full Price, less any non-refundable air, train, or theater tickets.
59-30 days: 50% Refunded of Full Price
29-15 days: 25% Refunded of Full Price
14 days or less: No Refund
