Rose Canyon is an open space area in University City. Rose Creek runs through the canyon and supports a number of large sycamore trees. These trees attract some of our more colorful summer visitors such as orioles and tanagers. The canyon is also home to a variety of resident birds. We will be acting as citizen scientists and recording our findings on e-bird. The trail begins at the end of Regents Rd. north of Govenor Dr. Please bring binoculars if you have them and good walking shoes.
