About this event

The Director of Midway Museum's Volunteer Program is offering a docent-led tour in the interest of promoting volunteerism at this landmark museum. You will have an inside look at the important role of volunteers. 
Additionally, you may join docent Fred Shatsky on a guided tour, or you may roam the museum with a complimentary remote narration device and depart as you please any time before the museum closes at 5 PM. 
Fred will break for lunch in the Midway Cafe around noon, at which time you are welcome to join him whether or not you purchase a meal. You are permitted to bring your own food and beverage aboard. 
Please remember to wear your GOYR badges.
Plan to arrive early at the museum entrance as we will board promptly at 9AM. Contact Fred Shatsky (858-337-7428) if you have questions or you will be unavoidably late or must cancel.
Admission is complimentary, however there is a charge for parking in the museum parking lot.
